These days, I find myself pulling up the story of the 1969 Mets on my DVR. Or Shea Gooodbye. Anything but the 2009 version of the Mets. It's just getting painful. I hate that it comes out of my mouth, but I've already been heard to say, "Come on Giants! Preseason is just around the corner!"
